Ingredients

For the cake:
175 g white chocolate
125 g butter (+ a nut to butter the mould)
100 g sugar
100 g flour
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt
Preparation

Cooking time: 30 min
The Cake:
Cut the chocolate and butter into small pieces. Melt in the microwave.
Add the flour and sugar. Separate the whites from the yolks and add the yolks to the above mixture.
Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt (using an electric mixer is very quick) and then add them to the mixture spoon by spoon, mixing gently between each one.
Pour the mixture into a cake tin that has been previously buttered (or into a silicone mould that doesn't stick). Bake in the oven at 180°C (gas mark 6) for about 30 to 35 minutes.
Icing :
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt it in the microwave with a little water. Add the icing sugar and mix.
Add water until you obtain a creamy texture (not too liquid or too thick).
Cover the cake with the icing and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
