400 g sifted flour

150 g cold semi-salted butter

100 g cold peanut butter (50 g for the dough and 50 g for the tart base)

7 golden apples

100 g pecans

2 eggs

Maple Syrup

Water

1 pinch of salt

Cooking time: 35 min
Preparing the dough :
Pour the sifted flour into a bowl. Cut the butter into small cubes (1 cm maximum) and fold into the flour.
Add 50 g peanut butter to the mixture.
Pour in the water gradually, stirring until you obtain a homogeneous dough that does not stick to your fingers.
Separate the dough into 2 identical balls and set aside in a cool place for 3 hours.
Preparation of the tart :
Spread the first ball of dough on baking paper and place it in the pie dish, taking care to make the dough overflow by about 3 cm.
Prick the bottom of the dough with a fork.
Spread the rest of the peanut butter on the tart base.
Cut the apples into slices and arrange them in a circle on 2 levels.
In a bowl, combine the maple syrup, eggs and crushed pecans.
Pour the mixture over the apples.
Roll out the second ball of dough and place it on the pie.
Fold the edges of the first dough over the pie.
Bake in the oven for 40 min at thermostat 6, 180°.
Presentation:
Serve the tart warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
