3 apples

200 g flour

150 g sugar

100 g soft butter

2 eggs

2 spoons of yeast

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 tablespoon rum

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 1 h
Sift the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Mix the soft butter with the whole eggs, powdered sugar and rum until you get a thick white mass.
Mix the 2 preparations and pour into a buttered round mould.
Peel and cut the apples into 8 wedges and place them on the dough.
Bake in the oven at 160°C (gas mark 5-6) for about 1 hour.
