2 apples of your choice, avoiding the golden

2 tablespoons of sugar


Cognac or other alcohol

Soft bread

Half-salt butter

Preparation time: 30 min
Cooking time: 25 min
Peel and slice the apples.
Brown in a frying pan with semi-salted butter.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Cook for 10 minutes.
Heat a little alcohol and flambé.
Leave to caramelize a little.
Place on the sandwich loaf and cover with a slice of bread.
