2 apples Granny

20 g semi-salted butter

1 pinch of grated fresh ginger or a teaspoon of ginger powder
For the dough:

200 g dark chocolate +65% chocolate

150 g semi-salted butter

2 large tablespoons of liquid honey (orange blossom if possible)

1 large teaspoon ground ginger or a small amount of grated fresh ginger

2 tablespoons of flour

1 tablespoon almond powder

4 eggs

Cooking time: 25 min
Preheat the oven to thermometer 6 (180°C).
First step: gently melt in 20g of semi-salted butter the thin slices of two nice sour apples, add the ginger towards the end, then set aside.
Second step: melt the chocolate with the butter in a bowl, in a bain-marie or in the microwave (3 minutes at medium power/450 W).
Mix in the honey, flour, almond powder and ginger. Mix well. Gently add the whole eggs one by one, then the apple slices.
Pour the mixture into a well-buttered and floured springform pan.
Cook on thermostat 6 for 20 to 25 minutes.
