1 l milk

100 g dark chocolate

100 g milk chocolate

50 g flour

70 g semi-salted butter

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Pour the milk into a saucepan. Add the chocolate cut into pieces.
Heat it up.
In another saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour and mix well. Cook 1 to 2 min, while stirring.
Once the milk is hot, add the milk little by little to the butter-flour mixture, without stopping stirring!
Then cook over low heat 10 min, without ceasing to stir.
Pour the cream into individual ramekins. Let it cool down.
