125 g very soft butter

125 g brown sugar

125 g almond powder

2 eggs

1 vanilla extract

1 shortcrust pastry

1 tablespoon of slivered almonds

1 large can of pear syrup

Cooking time: 35 min
-Heat your rotary heat oven to 180 °C during preparation.
- Prepare the almond cream by mixing the butter, sugar, almond powder, eggs and a little pear syrup (to be taken from the tin) and the reserved teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Spread the dough on a pan, make small holes with a fork,
- Cut the pears into slices but leave the whole ones on the dough, arrange them in a star shape, then pour the almond cream and add the slivered almonds.
- Put your dish in the oven and cook for 35 minutes until it is golden brown on top.
