For the brownie:

100 g dark chocolate / hazelnut

60 g peanut butter

80 g sugar

2 eggs

80 g flour

50 g walnuts or crushed hazelnuts
For the cookie:

100 g of salted butter ( or add coarse salt )

80 g brown sugar

1 egg

150 g flour

2 teaspoons of yeast

50 g of chocolate

Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Start with the brownie :
Melt the chocolate, add the peanut butter.
Sprinkle with sugar, break the eggs and mix well.
Finish with the flour and nuts.
Spread this preparation in the bottom of a mould.
The cookie follows:
Mix the soft butter with the sugar, add the egg and mix well.
Sprinkle with flour and baking powder.
Finish with the nuggets.
(the cookie is "kneaded" by hand)
Cover the brownie with the cookie and bake at 180°C for about 25 min!
Wait until the cake has cooled down and break into small cubes!
