125 g dark chocolate

2 eggs

125 g sugar

75 g semi-salted butter

75 g flour

Cookie dough

165 g flour

1 teaspoon of baking yeast

135 g brown sugar

120 g softened butter

1 egg

100 g chocolate or crushed chocolate

Cooking time: 20 min
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
- Butter a square pan.
- Preparation of the brownies: Melt the chocolate and semi-salted butter in a bain-marie, then add the sugar and mix well.
- Stir in the eggs one by one and then the sifted flour.
- Pour the mixture into the pan, smoothing the surface.
Cookie preparation: Mix the flour with the baking powder and add the softened butter, once well mixed add the egg, sugar and chocolate chips.
- Once the dough is homogeneous, spread it over the brownies. Once cooked, put in the oven for 20 minutes and let it cool before unmoulding.
