1 Butternut squash

1 eggplant

4 slices of bacon

4 hamburgers

4 slices of Gouda cheese

4 shallots

Old-fashioned mustard

Sesame

20 g semi-salted butter

1 teaspoon of olive oil

Cooking time: 15 min
Preheat the oven to 190°C (thermostat 6-7).
Without removing the skin, cut the seedless part of the butternut squash into 1 cm thick round slices. Cut the aubergine into round slices 1.5 cm thick.
Spread the slices on a non-stick plate with a little salted butter on the butternut and a drop of olive oil on the eggplant.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at half height.
Meanwhile, in a frying pan, melt the sliced shallots with a little fat over a low heat. Add the bacon slices and then the minced steaks over medium heat.
Turn off the heat, place a slice of gouda on each steak to melt.
Take the baking tray out of the oven, remove the skin from the squash.
Now you have to dress!
On a plate, place a slice of butternut squash, spread it with old-fashioned mustard, then stack a bit of melted shallot, a slice of bacon, one or two slices of eggplant, the steak covered with gouda and finally a second slice of butternut.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds to get back the spirit of the bun...
You can accompany it with a small salad for example.
