50 g almond powder

10 cl full cream

80 g flour

5 g baking powder

15 g cocoa powder

50 g melted semi-salted butter

2 tablespoons of rum

30 g dark chocolate melted to 70% cocoa

Cooking time: 45 min
Preheat your oven to 160°C (thermostat 5-6).
Mix the eggs, honey and sugar.
Add the almond powder (or crushed almonds) and then the mixture of flour, cocoa and baking powder.
Pour in the cream and melted butter and melted chocolate and mix again.
Add the rum and mix.
Pour into a cake tin and put in the oven.
Bake for about 45 min.
A knife blade inserted in the center of the cake should come out dry.
