250 g spaghetti or other

125 g smoked bacon

shallot semolina (grocery department)

15 g semi-salted butter

20 g grated Gruyere cheese

4 spoonfuls of full cream liquid whipped cream

Grated nutmeg

1 egg yolk

Preparation Carbonara my way
Total Time: 35 min
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Cook the spaghetti in salted water for the time allowed.
When cooked, drain.
Melt the butter in the pan.
Add a little shallot and the smoked bacon and brown.
Return the spaghetti.
Add the gruyere cheese, the fresh cream and a little nutmeg.
Mix everything together and add the egg yolk.
