Ingredients cheese hearts muffins

500 g potato

80 g semi-salted butter

2 egg yolks

70 g cheese (Reblochon, Emmental, Comté, Saint Nectaire, etc.)

1/2 teaspoon of nutmeg

50 g grated cheese

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of pepper

Preparation cheese hearts muffins
Total Time: 40 min
Prep time: 25 min
Cooking time: 15 min

Wash the potatoes and peel them.
Cook the potatoes in water or steam. In a bowl, mash the cooked potatoes into a purée.
Add the egg yolks and mix well.
Add the butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 220°C (gas mark 7). Place a good tablespoon of purée in each muffin tin.
Push a piece of cheese in the center of each.
With the back of a spoon, smooth the surface of the muffins to cover the cheese.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Unmould and serve still warm!
