12 cookies with chocolate chips and nougatine ( 200g )

50 g melted semi-salted butter

350 g cottage cheese

2 tablespoons of honey

10 cl liquid cream

1 tablespoon flour

1 egg

4 spoonfuls of salted butterscotch caramel

Cooking time: 40 min
Crumble 10 cookies and mix them with the butter. In a silicone pan, line the bottom of the mixture. Set aside in the fridge.
Preheat your oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the cream, honey and then add the flour and egg.
Put on the cookie dough caramel butter salted generously avoiding the edges. Add your cottage cheese mixture.
Put in the oven for about 40min. Your cake is ready when the fromage blanc is no longer liquid.
When it comes out of the oven, sprinkle the cake with pieces of cookies. Leave to cool. The cookie pieces will soften with the heat.
Accompany with a little warm salted butterscotch caramel and melted chocolate for those with a sweet tooth.
