300 g pitted cherries


125 g flour


100 g caster sugar


125 g semi-salted butter (melted)


2 eggs


2 dl of milk

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Preheat the oven to 210°C (thermostat 7).
Butter and sweeten the bottom of a rectangular pan with high edges.
In a bowl, mix the flour with caster sugar, melted butter half-salt, eggs and milk.
Pour into the mold, spread on top the pitted cherries and Bake 45 minutes.
Slightly sweeten the top of the flour before serving warm or at room temperature.
