100 g dark chocolate

120 g semi-salted butter

2 eggs

80 g sugar

40 g almond powder (about 3 tablespoons)

1 knob of butter for the mussels

Preheat the oven to 150°C (thermostat 5).
In a saucepan, melt the chocolate with the semi-salted butter.
Let cool off the heat.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and almond powder.
Pour the mixture into the saucepan, mix well with a wooden spoon.
Divide the dough into 6 buttered ramekins and cook 20 min.
