5 eggs

125 g almonds

75 g semi-salted butter

50 g soft butter or margarine

100 g sugar

200 g of chocolate

3 tablespoons of flour

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Separate the yolks and egg whites. Beat the whites until stiff. Set aside.
Crush the almonds fairly finely with a chopper.
Melt the chocolate and butter together. Add the egg yolks, sugar, flour and almonds.
Stir in the egg whites.
Pour into a silicone (or oiled) mold.
Bake in hot oven, th. 7, for 10-15 minutes.
