350 g flour
50 g cornstarch
200 g of chocolate
130 g sugar
130 g semi-salted butter
1 egg
3 pinches of baking soda or baking powder
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
10 cl milk

Cooking time: 10 min
Using a food processor or by hand, beat butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until airy. Add the egg so that the preparation is homogeneous.
Mix the flour with the cornflour and the bicarbonate of soda, then add this mixture to the liquid preparation and the chocolate chips.
In a buttered and floured mould, spread the dough on the mould and leave it to rest for 1 to 3 hours in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 180 to 200°C (thermostat 6-7), bake for 9 to 10 minutes no more.
Leave it to cool for 1 or 2 hours before eating.
