50 g semi-salted butter
200 g 70% dark chocolate
2 eggs
100 g caster sugar
1 level teaspoon of vanilla powder
210 g flour
1 pinch of salt
1 level teaspoon of baking yeast

Cooking time: 12 min
Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a double boiler.
In the meantime, beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla to a frothy consistency with a mixer at maximum speed.
Mix the 2 appliances.
Weigh and sieve together: Flour + salt + baking powder.
Add them to the mixture and mix for 15 seconds with a mixer.
Film the mixture and leave it to cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
Preheat your oven to 170°C (thermostat 5-6).
Prepare a soup plate with a base of icing sugar.
Make small balls the size of a small walnut and roll them in the icing sugar.
Place them on a rack and bake for 12 minutes in the oven.
