2 eggs

80 g caster sugar

75 g flour with baking powder

80 g semi-salted butter

130 g mascarpone

3 tablespoons icing sugar

70 g of chocolate

Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat the oven to 180° (thermostat 6).
In a salad bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar then add the flour and butter.
Pour into mini savarin moulds.
Bake in the oven for 8/10 minutes
Unmould the biscuits and leave to cool.
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler with 2 tablespoons of water.
In a bowl, whip the mascarpone with the icing sugar and mix. Add the cooled melted chocolate and mix.
With a piping bag to garnish the cookies.
You can sprinkle with hazelnut or coconut powder for decoration.
