3 eggs

150 g flour

1/3 bag of yeast

160 g semi-salted butter

Clementine

50 g icing sugar




Preparation Clementine cake
Total time: 1 hour
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 40 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (th6)
In a bowl, mix the eggs and sugar.
Stir in the butter at room temperature and the flour.
Add the zest and juice of 3 clementines.
Stir well and pour into a cake pan.
Bake for 40 minutes.
In the meantime, make the frosting.
In a saucepan, melt the icing sugar with the juice of the three remaining clementines.
When the cake is baked, immediately pour the icing on the cake.
let it cool down and unmould it.
