700 g flour

4 eggs

1/2 glass of melted butter

250 g caster sugar

1 sachet of baking powder

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 small jar of strawberry or apricot jam

400 g grated coconut

Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
In a large bowl, mix the beaten eggs, butter and powdered sugar.
Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar.
Mix the dough well with your hands.
Form balls the size of a walnut and flatten them a little on top, place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Wait until the rocks are cold.
Let the jam warm up, put some on the flat side of one of the rocks, then weld another one on top.
You get a ball: roll this ball in the jam, then in the coconut.
