300 ml of liquid cream

150 g sugar

1 bar of NESTLÉ DESSERT Absolute Dark Chocolate

40 g semi-salted butter

1 shortbread dough

Cooking time: 17 min
Preheat your oven to thermostat 7/8 (220°C).
Bake the shortbread dough in 8 small tart circles for 12 minutes.
Heat the sugar in a frying pan to make the caramel. Add 150 ml of lukewarm liquid cream and mix. Add the butter and mix.
Pour the mixture over the tart bases.
Place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Melt the chocolate with 150 ml of cream to make the ganache. Pour it over the tarts using a piping bag.
Place them in the fridge for 1 hour.
Before serving, reheat the tarts in the microwave for 10 to 15 seconds at 350 W to obtain a runny caramel!
