For the dough:

200 g flour

100 g butter

1 egg

40 g sugar

1 pinch of salt
For the trim:

200 g dark chocolate

20 cl liquid crème fraîche

8 cl milk

1 egg

Cooking time: 25 min

Provide - 1 pie tin of 26 cm and preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Prepare the dough by first mixing all the dry ingredients.
Add the butter cut into pieces.
Add the egg and mix.
Knead the dough until you can form a ball.
Roll out with a rolling pin.
Arrange in the pie tin.
Remove the excess dough from the edges (make small shortbreads).
Bake it for 15 min, with a sheet of baking paper and some dried vegetables to prevent the dough from swelling.
Melt the chocolate broken into pieces by pouring over the hot cream. Wait 1 minute.
Stir to dilute the chocolate and let it cool down a little.
When the pastry base is cooked, mix the beaten egg with the chocolate-cream mixture.
Pour the mixture over the dough, and let cook for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with cocoa powder if necessary once the tart has cooled.
