125 g Nestlé Dessert dark chocolate

125 g of suede

3 eggs

150 g brown sugar

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

50 g semi-salted butter

Preparation deer chocolate mousse

Melt Nestlé Chocolate and Suede Chocolate in a bain marie.
In a bowl: break the 3 eggs, separating well the egg white and yolk.
Melt the semi-salted butter in a bowl.
While waiting for the chocolate to melt, add the egg yolk, brown sugar, vanilla sugar and 50 g of melted semi-salted butter to another bowl and beat until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate to the same bowl and beat again until smooth.
Once this is done, beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the egg white until stiff,
Pour the white wine into the bowl little by little, mixing well.
Before putting the preparation at least two hours in the fridge, change the container (it makes sure that the preparation is well mixed, and then it's prettier, presented in a clean bowl, or small ramekins).
