500 g flour
1 egg
50 g melted semi-salted butter
1 sachet of vanilla sugar
2 vanilla yoghurts 0%
2 sachets of baking powder
grain of sugar

In a bowl, mix the 2 yoghurts, the whole egg, melted butter, sugar and vanilla sugar.
Add the flour, yeast and knead to form a ball of dough. Do not hesitate to add a little flour to make the operation easier and prevent the dough from sticking.
Leave to rest for 20 minutes near a heat source (radiator).
After resting, knead the dough again and let it rest for 20 minutes, always near a heat source.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
After resting, knead again and divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and place them one against the other in a buttered and floured cake dish. Leave to rest in a warm place for 45 minutes.
Brush the top of the brioche with a little milk or an egg yolk. Sprinkle with a few grains of sugar.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes (less if using a fan-assisted oven) and enjoy this light, low-calorie brioche with a nice vanilla flavour without feeling guilty.
