3 eggs

100 g sugar

200 g of chocolate

60 g semi-salted butter

2 tablespoons of flour

Cooking time: 18 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Separate the yolks from the whites, whisk the whites together and set aside in a cool place.
Beat the yolks and sugar until the mixture turns white.
Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler.
When the mixture is melted, add 3 tablespoons of boiling water and mix well.
Combine the egg yolk/sugar mixture and the chocolate/butter mixture.
Add the flour and mix gently to avoid lumps.
Gently fold in the egg whites.
Pour into a mould and bake in a hot oven for 18/20 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).
When the cake is cooked, remove from the mould and leave to cool.
