3 sugar

4 whole eggs

125 g semi-salted butter

3/4 l milk

100 g prune cut into pieces (or raisins)

Cooking time: 45 min
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 7).
Arrange the butter in a dish with edges about 5 to 6 cm high (preferably square or rectangular) and bake until the butter turns pale.
Meanwhile, mix the flour, sugar and eggs well in a bowl with a wooden spatula until it whitens.
Add the fruit and mix.
Heat the milk in a saucepan.
Gradually add the very hot milk, always stirring with the spatula to obtain a homogeneous and light paste.
Put the whole thing in the dish on the boiling butter and put it back in the oven for 45 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 7).
The flour should be well browned and its edges swollen. Make sure it is soft inside. It's ready!
