750 g black plums (or quetsches)

175 g flour

175 g sugar

4 eggs

50 cl milk

25 g semi-salted butter

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cooking time: 45 min
Preheat the oven to 240°C (thermostat 8).
Remove the stones from the plums and place them in a mould buttered with the semi-salted butter.
Sift the flour and sugar, add the eggs and pour in the hot milk, stirring with a wooden spoon.
The dough must be fluid and homogeneous.
Pour the dough into the dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Cook the flour for 45 min.
Leave to cool and serve.
