Number of persons

20 g butter

40 cl liquid cream

4 tablespoons of lemon juice

Herbes de Provence (or fresh herbs if you prefer)

1 large tablespoon of mustard



1 tablespoon of cornstarch or other (if you prefer thicker sauces)

Total Time: 15 min
Cooking time: 15 min

Melt the butter in a saucepan and deglaze with the lemon juice.
Add the cream and mustard and mix well.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and herbs.
Leave to cook over a low heat for about 5 minutes. Add maizena if necessary to thicken the sauce.
Serve to accompany your fish. Enjoy your meal!
