150 g of county

1 morteau sausage

250 g flour

4 eggs

1 sachet of baking powder

100 g semi-salted butter

10 cl milk

5 cl dry white wine

Cooking time: 50 min
Preheat the oven to Th 6 (180°C).
Poach the sausage 20 minutes in simmering water. Drain it, remove the skin and cut it into cubes. Grate the cheese.
Let the milk warm. Remove from the heat, add the butter cut into pieces and let it melt. In a bowl, mix the flour with the baking powder. Incorporate the eggs one by one working vigorously the dough, then dilute with milk and white wine. Pepper.
Add the grated Comté and sausage cubes and mix. Pour the dough into a non-stick cake tin and bake for about 45 minutes.
Let stand for 5/6 minutes before unmoulding.
