1 bread or brioche
6 eggs
50 g brown sugar
Orange blossom water
Semi-skimmed or almond milk
Half-salt butter

Mix the milk and orange blossom water in a bowl.
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar (Note: keep the whites for a chocolate mousse. The kitchen helpers during the live show suggested making meringues. Laura suggested making a white omelette).
Soak one by one the slices of bread cut out in the milk and orange blossom then cover both sides with egg yolks and brown sugar.
Then brown each slice of bread soaked in a frying pan with semi-salted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar if you want to lightly caramelize.
