2 rolls of puff pastry

2 eggs + 1 yolk

10 g sweetener

10 cl milk

1 level tablespoon of flour

50 g low-fat butter

125 g almond powder

1 bean + 1 crown

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 35 min
Beat the 2 eggs with the sugar.
Dissolve the flour in the milk.
Cook the eggs and sugar over low heat, stirring until boiling.
Remove from the heat, beat until thickened and then add the flour-milk mixture.
Then add the almond powder and butter in pieces.
Then spread this mixture on a puff pastry without putting it too close to the edge (do not forget the bean).
Roll out the second pastry and close the edges.
Brush the egg yolk all over the top and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).
