125 g semi-salted butter

1 egg

1 egg yolk + 5 cl water for gilding

Mix the flour with the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and yeast.
Add the butter cut into small pieces and stir until you obtain a "shortbread" consistency.
Add the egg, knead quickly and form a ball with the dough.
Leave the dough to rest for 1 hour in a cool place.
Spread the dough on a floured surface, cut out the patties with a cookie cutter.
Grid the surface with a knife and glaze with the "egg yolk + water" mixture.
Bake 10 minutes in the oven at 225 ° C.
