Soft bread 12 slices

Half-salt butter

1 tomato

1 fresh goat's cheese

Ham 3 slices

Gruyère 1 bag

Thick crème fraîche 2 tablespoons

Basil




Preparation goat's cheese sandwich
Total Time: 25 min
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 10 min
Butter the 12 slices of bread on one side only.
Take 6 slices of bread and place a slice of tomato on top.
Mix the crème fraîche and the fresh goat's cheese, add salt and basil.
Place the mixture on the tomato slice.
Add half a slice of ham to the cream/goat's cheese mixture.
Add a small pinch of gruyère cheese to the half slice of ham.
Place the remaining slices of sandwich bread so that the butter is on top of the croque monsieur so that it can brown in the oven.
Put the croque-monsieur in the oven (200°C) for about 10 minutes.
Caution: check regularly and remove once the croque-monsieur are golden brown.
