400 g tuna in brine (drained weight)

80 g semi-salted butter

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon of olive oil

2 tablespoons cognac

1 tablespoon green pepper in brine

1 pinch of pepper

Preparation time: 10 min
Allow 30 minutes of waiting time.
Drain the tuna and mix it with a fork with the previously softened semi-salted butter.
Add the other ingredients and mix well.
Fill a bowl. Close tightly. Put back in the fridge for at least half an hour. (can be kept in the refrigerator).
