1 tablespoon of peanut butter
2 tablespoons of oats
1 tablespoon honey
1 banana
Preparation healthy peanut butter cake

Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Put the mashed potatoes in the bowl.
Add the flour and milk and mix until you obtain a paste.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
