2 egg yolks

150 g milk

1 sachet of baker's yeast

5 g salt

5 g sugar

50 g soft butter

Allow a rest period for this recipe.
Dissolve the yeast with the warm milk.
Blend the flour, salt, and sugar in the food processor bowl.
Add the milk and yeast.
Add 1 egg yolk and the soft butter (not melted!).
Knead for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cut the dough into 60 g dough pieces and roll them out (with the palm of your hand).
Brown the loaves with a mixture of egg yolk + milk (10 g milk).
Sprinkle each loaf with various seeds.
Leave to rest at room temperature for 1 hour.
Cook for 10 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6).
