150 g flour

50 g caster sugar

80 g soft butter

30 g semi-salted butter

100 g hazelnut powder

140 g dark chocolate

Preheat the oven to 160°C (thermostat 5).
Pour the flour and sugar into a bowl and add the egg. Add the butter (sweet + half-salt) softened and cut into pieces, then the hazelnut powder.
Mix the dough well and work it with a wooden spoon or with your hands (it is quite hard).
Add 60 g of crushed chocolate.
Work the dough well to integrate the chocolate and form a ball with the dough.
Film and leave to rest for 1 hour in the fridge.
On a baking sheet covered with baking paper, form small "U "s with the dough, spaced out from each other.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Leave the biscuits to cool and melt the remaining chocolate in a bain-marie.
Dip the ends of the cookies in the melted chocolate. Let harden at room temperature on a sheet of baking paper.
