1 plain yoghurt

20 g potato or cornstarch

3 tablespoons of sugar

200 g 0% fat curd cheese

3 eggs

1 apple

5 g low-fat butter

1 pinch of salt

Cooking time: 1 h
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the yoghurt and the starch diluted in 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add the sugar. Let thicken, stirring constantly.
Remove from the heat, add and whisk the fromage blanc and then the 3 egg yolks.
Beat 3 egg whites, add them gently to the preparation by lifting it without turning.
Lightly butter a mold, cover the bottom and sides with parchment paper. Pour in the preparation, then cover with apple slices.
Bake in the oven for about 1 hour.
Turn out of the mould and leave to cool. Serve warm or cold.
