Ingredients light flan
Number of persons

30 cl skimmed milk

6 tablespoons of sweetener

30 g low-fat butter

1 vanilla bean

2 eggs

10 cl light liquid cream

80 g flour

250 g of fruit of your choice (apricot, peach, cherry, raspberry, prune...)

Cooking time: 30 min
Heat without boiling the milk with the liquid cream, the light butter and the flesh of the vanilla bean previously split and scraped.
Preheat your oven to 150°C (gas mark 5).
Mix the eggs with the sweetener and flour. Pour the lukewarm liquid over this mixture, stirring quickly.
Coarsely chop the fruit. Add them to the previous mixture.
Lightly butter a baking dish, pour the mixture into it and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
Serve lukewarm.
