195 g flour

30 g fructose (or 55 g sugar)

1 egg

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons of baking yeast

17.5 cl milk

75 g of light butter (be careful to take a butter on toast and cook)

Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6/7).
Mix flour, sugar, yeast and salt on one side, make a well and add the melted butter, egg and milk mixture.
Homogenize slightly quickly and without beating the dough too much, it should have a lumpy appearance.
Add according to your convenience:
2 crushed bananas and/or 60 g of muesli, 1 apple cut into small cubes and/or slivered almonds, 100 g of chocolate chips and/or 1 pear cut into cubes, the juice of 1 lemon and its zest . In short... let your imagination run wild...
Spread the pasta in the buttered moulds and put in the oven for about 20 minutes.
Unmould 5 min after removing from the oven.
