120 g goat's cheese cut into rounds

600 g potato

1 onion

Light butter

1 apple (rather tart, like a gala or pink lady)

Pepper and nutmeg

Salt

Cooking time: 8 min
Turn on the oven grill
Cook the potatoes in water, keeping them a little firm.
Grate the onion and potatoes. Add salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
Make 8 small patties with the preparation (or 6 large ones if you are only 3) and brown them in a frying pan with a little butter.
Cover and leave to cook for a few minutes.
Rinse the apple, core it without peeling it and cut it into thick slices.
Place the potato pancakes on the oven rack, cover them with baking paper, then place the potato pancakes on top, covering them with a slice of apple and one or two slices of goat's cheese.
Place under the grill for a few minutes (5 min max) so that the cheese and apple melt.
