125 g melted semi-salted butter

3 eggs

130 g brown sugar

1 tablespoon honey

150 g flour

1/2 bag of yeast

1 lemon (the zest)

2 tablespoons of nutella or other spreads

Preheat the oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7). Whisk the eggs, sugar and honey by hand until the mixture whitens.
Then add the flour, baking powder, melted butter and lemon zest. Mix well.
Butter the moulds well and fill them halfway.
Using a piping bag (or a freezer bag with a corner cut off) filled with nutella, inject a little nutella into each preparation.
Bake for 8 minutes. Do not open the oven door during the cooking process, otherwise the famous little dent may fall out...
