150 g flour

3 eggs

130 g cane sugar

120 g butter

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

1/2 sachet of baking powder

1 pinch of salt




Preparation madeleines with peanut butter

Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 12 min
Preheat the oven to 220°C (thermostat 7).
Beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens. Add salt and peanut butter and mix well.
Add the flour, baking powder and melted butter. Stir to combine.
Pour the mixture into madeleine moulds, filling to 3/4 full.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Lower the oven temperature to 200°C (thermostat 6-7) and continue baking for 7 minutes.
