125 g flour

100 g sugar

150 g semi-salted butter

1 bag of yeast

4 eggs



Preparation madeleines with salted butter
Total Time: 27 min
Preparation time: 15 min
Cooking time: 12 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Melt the butter.
Break the eggs into a bowl and add the sugar.
Beat the mixture until frothy.
Add the flour and baking powder and mix until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
Drizzle in the melted butter.
Place in a cool place for 1 hour.
Fill the silicone madeleine moulds to 3/4 of the height.
Put in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Turn out of the moulds and leave to cool on a wire rack.
Taste.
