4 eggs

100 g sugar

120 g semi-salted butter

3 packets of vanilla sugar

125 g hazelnut powder

2 tablespoons of flour

200 g of 70% chocolate

Cooking time: 30 min
Separate the whites from the yolks.
Beat the yolks with the sugars.
Add the hazelnut powder and mix.
Melt the chocolate in the milk (3 tablespoons).
Add the melted chocolate to the machine, and mix.
Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Butter a baking pan (for brownies or brownies), and pour the batter into it.
Bake at 150ÂșC (th 5) in a preheated oven, on a rotating heat (if possible), with the rack halfway up, for 30 min.
Once baked, let the cake cool in the pan. Then unmould it and sprinkle it with icing sugar for presentation.
