button mushroom or other (about 300 g)

20 cl whole fluid cream

Parsley

Garlic

Pepper

Salt

Cognac (about 5 cl)

Veal stock (one teaspoon)

Butter



Preparation
Total Time: 20 min
Cooking time: 20 min

Gently cook the mushrooms in a little butter.
Discard three quarters of the cooking juices and season with salt and pepper.
Add the parsley and garlic.
Sprinkle with Cognac and flambé.
Add the liquid cream very gently and let it thicken.
Sprinkle with a teaspoon of veal stock and stir.
Adjust to taste.
