200 g semi-salted butter

1 bunch of parsley

2 cloves of garlic

1 yellow lemon

Cooking time: 5 min
Wash and scrape the mussels. Open them in a saucepan without adding anything to them. Remove one shell.
Wash the parsley and remove the leaves, peel the garlic and chop them.
Mix the minced meat with the butter and add the lemon juice at the end.
Fill each mussel half-shell with the mixture, sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs.
Grill for 5 minutes.
