Ingredients Mussels with Pineau
Number of persons

500 g of mussels per person (the recipe here is for 4 people)

1 onion

3 cloves of garlic

1 small bunch of parsley

50 g semi-salted butter

2 glasses of white Pineau des Charentes

1 brick of liquid cream

Preparation Mussels with Pineau
Total Time: 35 min
Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Wash the mussels.
In a casserole, put the onion, minced garlic and parsley in the melted semi-salted butter.
Fry for a few minutes then add the mussels.
Sprinkle with Pineau des Charentes.
Open the mussels and 5 minutes before serving, add the liquid cream.
Mix well and bon app├ętit!
